Configuration & Use System – K-4000CK T-4000S LED Controller

1. Hardware Connections

Power Input: DC 5V–24V (according to LED strip specifications).
Output Ports: 4 ports, each supporting 512–1024 pixels.
Signal Connection:
- Single-line IC LEDs → Connect DATA only (no CLK required).
- Dual-line IC LEDs → Connect both DATA and CLK.
SD Card Slot: Insert SD card with preloaded program files.

2. File Preparation

Create lighting effect files using the provided LED Edit software.
Save files in the format:
- 00_1.led, 01_1.led, 02_1.led, … up to 16 files.
Copy files to the SD card in sequence.
Insert SD card into the controller for offline playback.

3. Playback & Operation

Controller automatically detects and plays stored files.
Supports up to 16 programs selectable in order.
Frame Rate Performance:
- ≤ 512 LEDs per port → Up to 30 fps.
- 512 LEDs (up to 1024) → Frame rate adjusts automatically.
